The real estate industry is an ever changing business that requires top producing agents to stay informed about industry changes in not only the laws that govern the real estate business but technology tools available to agents to use which will assist you in improving your productivity and sharpen your competitive edge in the real estate business.  Florida Luxury Realty, Inc. believes in providing continuous education for our sales associates and broker associates.  Florida Luxury Realty's education department is dedicated to our companies mission of providing classes and training for our associates on a constant basis. We provide live instruction classes two to three times a week at our five office locations throughout Pasco, Pinellas and Hernando counties. 

One of Florida Luxury Realty's exclusive class offerings is the Intensity Challenge. This course is designed to take new sales associates businesses to a higher level of production. Over 6 weeks we meet two times a week. The sessions begin at 8:30am where we have a 1 hour mastermind session to review the previous class material, update each other on new business, roll play scripts and even put those call scripts into action with our sphere of influence. Our most productive associates have completed this training and say that the class truly transformed their business and how they work form day to day.  The Intensity Challenge covers basic lead generation techniques of phone calls, door knocking and direct mail advertising to open house techniques, contract writing, assisting For Sale by Owners, database maintenance and much more.  We know that having a good business foundation is the best way to start your real estate career.  The Intensity Challenge is also available to any licensee who wants to participate in specific classes so after our 1 hour mastermind each day the 9:30am class is open to anyone who wishes to attend. The classes starting at 9:30am cover everything from Florida real estate contracts to business finances and planning.
