Real Estate Education Provided by Florida Luxury Realty

Continuing your real estate education after being licensed is important to your overall success. Florida Luxury Realty knows how important training and education is to sales associates and we provide training classes about real estate and technology to provide our sales associates with the information they want and need.  Newly licensed associates with Florida Luxury Realty are offered a 6 week training course called "Intensity Challenge" where we take your real estate business to the next level of production by starting you off with a sales goal and a plan to achieve your goal.  We understand that your pre-licensing course gave you the legal and ethical aspects of the real estate business but you also need practical application training to build your business into a successful endeavor. 
Many Brokerage firms claim they offer live instruction training but often fall short of providing the quantity of classes you expect from your Brokerage. Florida Luxury Realty has offered over 200 live instructed classes per year as well as anytime training with on demand online training.  We are a Brokerage built by agents for agents and we know what real estate professionals want from their Brokerage.  You may not know this but Florida Luxury Realty has an education department. Michael Gallo is the Director of Education and oversees our live training classes in all 6 of our locations. We offer classes on lead generation, comparative market analysis, social media marketing, CRM management as well as computer training for both windows and mac users. 

Florida Luxury Realty also provides our associates with a Mentorship Program. This is designed to pair newer licensees with seasoned agents to nurture your business in a one on one atmosphere. Our Mentoring program is a detailed plan of weekly tasks and accountability that provides the agents who participate with constant support as needed while they begin to grow their business. Our mentors assist in writing contracts and taking the participants on listing appointments so you can get the right foundation for your real estate business. Agents in our mentoring program have a direct line to a seasoned agent to assist them at any time by phone or email that works in tandem with weekly meetings of accountability, role playing and training.
